She Builds a Vineyard
captures the life of a woman.  She aims to reach for the best… for herself, her family, and her community.  She sets out to do her work vigorously.  In order to succeed, she must be conscious of her divine space of existence in the world.  As she rediscovers herself as God desires her to be, she understands she must first take care of her own well-being and maintain her balance…mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Spiritual Health   Helps to keep us balance!!

1.  Know who you are and whose you are
    1. Many shout I know God
    2. Yet they fight or struggle to get to know God better
    3. Many want to hold onto what they know (limited thinking)
    4. Many want to continue the same behavior   ...why?
                      i. They want to fit in or be accepted among  social or peer group
ii. Thus, avoid receiving new knowledge and understanding
                    iii.  ...and forsake d
evotion and  meditation

2.  Spiritual Adviser, Life Coach & Mentor
We all need a little help

3.
Meditation
       Many refuse to meditate   ....why?
       There are so many reasons...
      1.  Meditation reminds you of yourself
.   We don’t want to face our true self
      2. Thoughts unbearable or unforgettable tragic

     Results
               1.
We blame other so easily, and unknowingly
               2.
Its hard to sleep at night
               3.
We have anxiety

Practice  meditation methods and consult with your spiritual adviser, life coach or mentor
